1. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged before shipping to prevent damage during transport.

Each hard copy is packed in plastic bag and shipped in a waterproof enveloped lined with bubble-wrap. |

Strong packing tape prevents the whole package from being torn. |

2. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times
We are able to ship our products to all geographical locations.
Ordered Books are shipped by first class air-mail. The usual time of shipment is:
- 2 to 5 days within USA
- 10 to 28 days outside USA

4. Courier Shipping Rates
On your request, we can deliver ordered books by a courier service, i.e. door-to-door. Rates depend on the the total weight of the consignment and final destination.
Delivery time varies from 24 working hours to 5 working days for the US. For international clients the shipment will take between 3 and 5 working days.
The current rates for courier services for one book are as follow (prices in United States Dollars US$ - convert using our Currency Converter):

6. Bulk Orders
Large orders may be shipped by air freight to your nearest airport where they are collected and custom cleared by the customer. This works out to be cheaper for the quantity. For bigger orders the mode of shipment will be discussed with each customer.

7. Import Taxes and Duties
You may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied once the parcel reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you: We have no control over these costs and cannot foresee what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country - you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When ordering from from overseas, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each package will be accompanied by a custom form (for example an air waybill). Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For example, our products will be listed on the form as follows:
