Paul Murphy has taken historical, Biblical facts and woven a story that will inspire you as you read the story of a simple peasant who meets Jesus and has his life forever changed. I was eager to turn the page and find out what would happen next, and now look forward to more stories of Gamaliel and his friends. The 13th Apostle is a book I would highly recommend to everyone with an interest in history, the Bible, and good writing.
The 13th Apostle is a wonderful book about early Christian life set in the time immediately preceding and following Jesus' death. Mr. Murphy has created Gamaliel, a young man with a strong faith in Jesus and his teachings. I look forward to a sequel soon to continue the further adventures of Gamaliel and the other followers of Jesus.
